At Aladro.store, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. In-stock items are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase. For pre-orders or custom items, additional processing time may be required, and we will notify customers accordingly. Please note that shipments are primarily handled on weekdays.

Processing Time: 1-7 Business Days
Note: Processing times may extend for high-demand or customized items. If delays occur, we will inform customers and may offer a partial shipping refund.

Tracking & Delivery
All shipments are processed via postal services or DHL. Customers will receive an email with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
Customs & Delivery Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for accepting their delivery. Any additional redelivery fees must be covered by the recipient.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address.
- If an order is automatically returned due to delivery issues, we will contact you for reshipment arrangements, but refunds for returned parcels are not available.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We strongly encourage customers to track their packages. Aladro.store is not liable for delivery failures by shipping carriers. If a package is marked as delivered but is lost afterward, compensation cannot be provided.
Customer Pick-Up
As an online retailer, we do not offer in-person pickups. If you have an urgent request, contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.
